To the family of Rachel Smith. Rachel worked with my mother Barbra Ann Breedlove in the 60's and 70's in Goldsboro at Southern Bell. I found a photo of Rachel with me a few month ago and it brought back fond memories. I was only a child but I remember her fast back Mach 1 Mustang, her father's fish stews and the times she spent the night with my mother comforting her while my Dad was overseas. Her memory and time on this earth will always be special to me. She was also very special to a family friend that I think of as my older sister Gaynell (Waters) Covington. I consider both of them a positive influence in my life and owe both of them a debt of gratitude. Please except my deepest sympathy for your loss.
