Miss Rachael Ann Smith, 69, of Goldsboro passed away peacefully on Saturday May 28, 2016 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.

She was born on February 6, 1947 and was the youngest daughter of the late John Gordon Smith and Ruth Creel Smith.

Miss Smith is survived by a sister and brother in law, Paulette (Ronny) Grant of Snow Hill, one niece Rhonda G. Stocks,

three nieces and a dear friend, Diane Coffey. No formal services are planned.

The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory.
