Stephen went above and beyond to make the hardest days of our lives a little easier. I have never seen anyone as dedicated as he is to making sure his customers are satisfied. Mr. Howell and his staff were a blessing to me and my family as we prepared to honor my wonderful husband Gerald when he went on to Glory. He arranged transport from San Antonio and handled all aspect of the process as well as the military ceremony with full military honors. Mr. Howell also took excellent care and concern for my family this time and 4 years ago when my Dad went to Heaven. He is a true professional and was gracious at all levels and made this truly sad time a bit more manageable. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and God bless you and your staff.

Heather and Steven are amazing! They make the whole process easy and totally go out of their way to ensure everything is the way you want. They are totally committed to having compassion for the family and showing dignity. I was dreading planning mom's funeral but Heather made it super easy and kept in touch. Mr. Howell, Thank you so much for helping my family and I through this transition, after my mother’s death.
