Lillie Mae Heath of Goldsboro, passed away on January 11, 2018, 4:35 p.m. at Maria Parham Health in Henderson.

She was born in Wayne County to Nebraska and Nina Peten Heath.

Her formal education included the Wayne County School System, Da Shazer Beauty College (cosmetology license), Sampson Community College (cosmetology instructor's license) and Wayne Community College (certified nurse’s assistant).

She loved her family unconditionally. Always sharing a good meal and stern advice.

Preceding her in death were her parents.

Cherishing her memories are her daughter, Jacquelin Heath; loving sister, Retha Heath Williams; devoted neice, Vickye Williams Herring (Charles); all of her special "Peten Cousins (Wayne County Cousins)"; adopted family Leforice Walker Jr. and Terisa Foxx Walker; other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2018, in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory, 1500 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro. The family will receive friends following the service. A private burial will be held at Willow Dale Cemetery in Goldsboro.
