Leigh, you were such a sweet lady & a younger sister like I never had. You were so very good to & for Doug!! You were an inspiration to him. You definitely were a fighter throughout your illness, but, we know you are with God now, cancer & pain free!! You also were such an inspiration throughout your illness to everyone you came in contact with. I love you girl, go run through those gold paved roads and fly with the angels. Heaven just received another beautiful angel.

It is with deepest sympathy that I say how saddened I am of the passing of Leigh Ann. I never met her, but with communicating with her, my heart fell in love with her. She had such an everlasting SPIRIT of the love of God, and blessed so many people with her testimony! God breathed in her throughout her illness, and that is why I loved her so much. I am deeply touched with her love of God! Rest in peace.

I have been best friends with Leigh Ann for over 30 years. I was sad when she moved from Wayne Co. knowing that I wouldn't get to see her very often. She stood by my side when I needed her the most. We shared a lot of good times over the years. She will be missed by many friends and family. Rest in peace dear friend, you have earned your wings.
