I just heard of Randy's passing. I am so sorry! He was a friend from downtown. Always encouraging others to get involved in the community, always had a joke and a smile. He did love his girls. I will continue to keep you all in my prayers.

Lisa -

I am so sad to hear of Randy's death. Even though it has been many years since we were neighbors and friends in Goldsboro, Randy's kindness to us is always present in our minds and hearts. Great father, husband, and friend, Randy made his helpfulness available to all members of the St. Mary family while our children were enrolled there together. Please contact me when you are able. We love you and your daughters and mourn with you the loss of dear Randy.
Please get in touch with us.

Love, Debbie Kashgarian

Lisa and girls
Although we moved away, we have such warm memories of Randy...no one can turn a day day better than him. He was never a stranger and always a great friend, girls, know he loved you with all his being and that will always be. I remember he and I talking about parenting one time, when Kat and Megan were in first grade, he told me best job he ever had was being a Dad and without his wife and girls he would be a bum....I laughed but over years saw how much he love you three and figured out he was not joking.

Mr. Ruggery was a one-of-a-kind person. He will be truly missed. We will miss his stories and jokes. His laughter lit up the room. We enjoyed seeing him out in his yard, yelling over at us saying Hello. I still remember the first time I met him. He came into the office like a (bat outta hell) lol.., kinda of scared me, but over time we knew this was just his personality and we came to enjoy his visits. We will miss you,

Sincerely,

I was saddened to hear of Randy's passing. He was a wonderful man and a great friend. I'll never forget how he made me laugh and smile whenever he stopped by Dollar General. Randy surely never met a stranger and I was lucky enough to have been one of those people. I pray that God touches him and his family in their time of need. Rest in peace my friend.
