Tonya & Heather:
Your dad was our cousin. We are so thankful we saw him at Aunt Geraldine's funeral in April. (We have a lot of wonderful memories from our childhood with him & our other Faircloth cousins.) We were all so so happy to see him in April. We took a "Cousins" picture with Uncle Bobby. I would love to send it to y'all if you will let me know how to contact you. My email is cathy@cathyriggs.com My cell phone # is (719) 331-8161. I am also hoping to meet you sometime soon & would love to talk to you any time either of you are up to it. We were all so sad to hear of Doug's passing. Our deepest, heart felt sympathies to you. May Heavenly Father's choicest blessings be with your families during this difficult time. Daddy I dont understand why we are here, or why God chose you this time....I dont even have the words to say...you loved unconditionally and the spirit of a warrior. I can only strive to love my own children half as much as you loved us. Doug Faircloth was the first one I worked with from the wonderful YTM crew. He took me under his wings and taught me a lot. He was always very nice to me. We had wonderful times recently working in Winchester, TN. I will miss him dearly.

I remember the first time I met you. I could tell you were leery because you were protective of Charles. As time passed, you became a loving uncle and brother in law. Even though circumstances changed, my love and respect for you did not. You loved your girls and grandchildren so much. My children looked up to you and loved you. To know you are no longer here breaks our hearts. I hope you know I will do anything for your girls if called on. I hope Mama was there to greet you. We will miss you both always but we know you are happy to be together again. With much love Doug, God speed as you rest now. Tonya and Heather, we love you so very much.
