I had the honor of working with Mr. Moore as assistant superintendent for operations at Neuse C.I. for many years. He was a consummate professional, and I wish we had 100 officers like him. He was an asset to our facility and to the Department of Public Safety. My condolences to the family. He was a fine man and I considered him a friend. So sorry for your loss.
