Dear Jimmy, Matt, and Kris:
I am so sorry to hear of Leslie's passing. No words that I say will ever comfort you but know that I do know your loss as I recently lost my youngest sister last year at age 49. I know we lost touch when we moved. I remember all the card games we used to play, the trips to Busch Gardens, dinners at each other house. I loved Leslie's wit. She was just so dang funny. I did get in touch with her via email and then on FB a couple years ago when she was in remission I believe and was on her website for her journey for a while, then my sister got sick and I was caring for her. Anyway, I just wanted you to know that it breaks my heart that she is no longer with us. Just know that you guys are in our hearts and in our prayers at this very sad time. God Bless. Bill, Amy, Tyler and Hunter Woodard

I remember you two in class with me and you were always together. I didn't know you that well, but I could see the connection you had for each other. I had been praying for Leslie in our churches prayer room and for your family but didn't realize it was this Leslie Millard! I had a thought of it being the same name but was in denial that she could be sick. I can't tell you how sorry I am for your loss! She is as beautiful now as she was then! I know she is celebrating with her Father in heaven but I am sure you are all so sad. May God bless you and heal you!

Such beautiful memories of Leslie. She loved her family so much. She was a good neighbor. She suffered so much but seemed to handle it well. It would have been easy for her to give up. She will be missed by all.

Mr. Jimmy, I am so truly sorry that Leslie is gone. However, I am not sorry that her suffering is over. Leslie fought the longest, hardest battle of anyone that I have ever known. She was so courageous and I will never forget her. I know that she is with Jesus now and that He also has His arms wrapped around you and those babies she loved so dearly. My thoughts and prayers will be with all of you now and in the future.
