Zoila Santiago Mendoza, 39, passed away Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at National Institute of Health in Maryland.

Zoila was born in Mexico on August 19, 1983 to Patricio and Luisa Mendoza Santiago.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Garcia “Pablo” Olmas; two stepdaughters, Fatima Garcia and Cielo Flores; three brothers, Carlos Santiago, Sabrino Santiago and Manuel Santiago and one sister, Guillermina Santiago and a host of other relatives and friends.
