William "Billy" Allen

William T. Allen also known as “Billy”, 65, of Seven Springs passed away Thursday, March 24, 2022 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro with his wife, by his side.

All services will be held privately.

Billy was born in Portsmouth, Virginia on September 25, 1956 to the late Charles and Audrey Walston Allen.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Allen; three step-sons, Sidney Dunn and wife, Rachel of Alaska, Matthew Dunn and wife, Christiana of Tennessee and Jason Dunn and wife, Christine of Alaska; one brother, Mark Allen of Virginia; his baby sister, Dannette Walston Phelps and husband, Jim of Virginia and six grandchildren, Lachlan, Klaus, Kolbie, Kaleb, Serenity and Elijah.

In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by his sister, Annette Dunaway.

The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
