Thomas Waters Obituary

Thomas Sawyer Waters, 89, of Goldsboro passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at The Lodge in Rocky Mount.

Services will be held at a later date.

Mr. Waters was born in Wayne County on December 16, 1932. He was a member of Woods Chapel United American Free Will Baptist Church.

He leaves to cherish his memories two grandchildren, Helen Faison and Willie Faison and four great-grandchildren, Cameron, Nina, J’Marcus and Christian.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Waters was preceded in death by his wife, Lois Mae Waters and his daughter, Velvelon Jean Faison.

The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
