Stefanie Diane (Watkins) Wright

Stefanie Diane Watkins Wright, 54, of La Grange passed away Monday, October 30, 2023 at UNC Health Wayne in Goldsboro.

Visitation will be held Friday, November 3, 2023 from 2 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. at Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.

Ms. Wright was born in Louisiana on February 25, 1969 to the late Ronald Joe and Deiva Stuard Watkins.  

She is survived by her step-father, Chris Burket; two daughters, Jammie Legg and husband, Joseph and Bailey Nation; two sons, Brandon Wright and Aaron Wright; two sisters, Clara Legg and Amanda Dunston; three grandchildren, Justice Legg, Jayden Legg and Layken Wright and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews that loved her.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Wright was preceded in death by her sister, Starlet Fowlkes.

The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
