Sharon Allen Woodall, 66, of Goldsboro passed away Monday, June 5, 2023 at UNC Health Johnston in Smithfield.

 

Born in Lenior County on July 30, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Gene and Clara King Allen.  

 

She was a retired Registered Nurse after 35 years of dedicated service.  Most importantly, she loved her family dearly as they are what made her the happiest in life.

 

Leaving to cherish her memories is one son, Meredith Bryan Woodall Jr. of Smithfield; one daughter, Carla Kirsten Stillings of Goldsboro; one brother, Donnie Gene Allen of Princeton; one sister, Terrie Lynn Hardison and husband, Ray of Princeton and four grandchildren, Zachary, Jared, Hailey and Cole.

 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, John Wesley Allen.

 

A service to celebrate her life will be held Thursday, June 8, 2023 at 6 p.m. in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.  The family will receive friends following the service.
