Ruby (Nichols) Perkins

Ruby Nichols Perkins, 85, of Dudley passed away Friday evening, July 28, 2023 at home surrounded by her family.

No formal service will be held.

Mrs. Perkins was born in Wayne County on October 11, 1937 to the late Ronald and Mamie Howard Nichols.

She leaves to cherish her memories one son, Mark Perkins and wife, Tracy of Pikeville; one grandson, C.J. Perkins; two step-grandchildren, Blake Perry (Clint) and Conner Swaney; two step great-grandchildren, Adalynn and Lexton and her beloved cat, Miss Kitty. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Perkins.

The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
