Robert "Rob" Sherrard, 76, of Hubert, North Carolina passed away Friday, January 8, 2021 at home.

Due to Covid-19, a private graveside service will be held at Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery in Goldsboro.

Mr. Sherrard was born in Kentucky on September 9, 1944 to the late Robert Edward Sherrard Sr. and Nora May Shepherd Sherrard. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Sherrard; one son, Daniel Joseph "Danny" Sherrard and wife, Betty of Clayton; one daughter, Nora Elizabeth "Beth" Sherrard of Durham; two sisters, Carol Hayden of Kentucky and Jane Seubert and husband, Chris of Florida; four grandchildren, Kristin & Kelsey Sherrard and Dustin & Michael Tant.

The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
