Paulette Williams Sims, 65, of Dudley passed away Thursday, January 11, 2024 at Willow Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Goldsboro.

Visitation will be held Saturday, January 20, 2024 from 11 a.m. until noon at Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro. A graveside service will follow the visitation at 12:30 p.m. at Golden Gate Cemetery in Pikeville.

Mrs. Sims was born in Wayne County on June 21, 1958 to the late Paul Green and Effie Mae Harrington Williams.

Cherishing her memories are two sons, Richard Williams (Jennifer) of Charlotte and Christopher Williams (Emma) of Charlotte; one daughter, Lakeashia Coleman (Michael) of Charlotte; one sister, Tammie Cox (Curtis) of Reidsville, N.C.; six grandchildren, Josephine, Mikayla, Abria, Paul, Ava and Christopher Jr.; her special friend, Rudolph Ham and a host of other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Kenneth Williams and one sister, Betty Banks.
