Paul Gordon Setliff

Paul Gordon Setliff, 60, of Fremont passed away Saturday, April 11, 2020 at Wayne UNC Health Care in Goldsboro.

A graveside service for family and close friends will be held Thursday, April 16, 2020 at 10 a.m. at Elmwood Cemetery in Fremont.

Paul was born in Rockingham County, North Carolina on January 07, 1960 to Katie Williams Setliff of Greenville and the late Paul Setliff. He worked at Bruce Foods in Wilson for 27 years and was an avid East Carolina Fan.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 34 years, Ella Whitford Setliff; two daughters, Chrissy Ditchman and husband, Mark of Jacksonville and Rebecca Barbour and husband, Joel of Fremont; three grandchildren, Annsley and Ford Barbour and Kayleigh Ditchman; his brother, Marc Setliff and wife, Hyun of Winterville; his sister-in-law, Lora Setliff of Ayden; his brother-in-law, Tom and Diane Whitford of Wilmington and his niece and nephews that he loved very much.

Paul was preceded in death by his father, Paul Setliff; his son, John Paul Setliff and a brother, Victor Setliff.

The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
