Norman Joshua Mills, 83, of Wilson passed away Thursday, November 10, 2022.

No formal service will be held at this time.

Mr. Mills was born in Washington, DC on September 8, 1939 to the late Joshua and Eula White Mills.

He is survived by his wife, Veatrice C. Mills; three stepsons, Clifton Cheeks and wife, Barbara; Roland Cheeks and wife, Carla and Kevin Cheeks; his niece, Lottie Walker Hudson and her son, Timothy Walker; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Services have been entrusted to the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
