Mahara O’Neill Santana of Goldsboro passed away Monday morning, June 24, 2024 at her home at the age of 95.

She was born in Puerto Rico on June 29, 1928 to the late Jose and Delfina Pastrana O’Neill.  She attended St. Mary Catholic Church in Goldsboro while her health permitted.

A graveside service will be held at Friday, June 28, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Wayne Memorial Park in Dudley. The family will greet friends following the service.

Surviving are her two sons, Victor Santana (Elizabeth) and Kim Santana; three daughters, Leslie Cox, Patricia Rullman and Louise Garris; one sister, Millie O’Neill; eleven grandchildren; her great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jose Santana and brothers.
