Justine Williams Hobbs, 80, of Goldsboro went to her heavenly home, Sunday, December 28, 2025 at her home.

Homegoing service will be held Friday, January 02, 2026 at 11 a.m. at White Oak Grove Original Free Will Baptist Church in Pikeville where she was a faithful member.  Interment will follow at Diggs Cemetery on Watery Branch Church Road in Stantonsburg.  Visitation will be held prior to the service on Friday from 10 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at the church.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories her loving husband, Earl Hobbs; one son, Milton Hobbs of Goldsboro; one daughter, Regina Hobbs Lofton (Tony) of Georgia; her siblings, George Williams Jr. (Carrie Mae) of Philadelphia, PA., Linda Williams Thompson of Goldsboro, NC., Barbara Artis (Donnell) of Stantonsburg, NC., Theresa Lewis (Herbert) of Goldsboro, NC. and Willie Williams of Eureka, NC.; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and a host of other nieces, nephews and loved ones.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Hobbs was preceded in death by her son, Tracy Hobbs and three siblings, Ethelene Williams, Sam Williams and Minister Patricia Dunn.
