Joseph Conrad Cerny, 47, born in Goldsboro, NC to the late William Peter Cerny and survived by Gay Cerny of Goldsboro, NC.

 

Joe was the owner and operator of a home renovation company and was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. 

 

Joe is survived by his wife, Melissa Cerny; his children, Shamus Cerny and wife Terri, Nathanial Cerny and wife Amber, Dylan Modica and wife Hannah, Hannah Holland and husband Bobby; one granddaughter, Paisley Mae and 2 grandchildren expected this year; his siblings, Letitia Bridgeman and husband Austin, Bill Cerny and wife Chasity, John Cerny and wife Susan, Aaron Cerny and wife Tamora, Ben Cerny and Stella Cerny. 

 

A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, February 8, 2025 at 7 p.m. at Bethel Church at 2308 North William Street, Goldsboro, NC. The family will be accepting visitors at 6:00 p.m.  at the church.  

 

As a family, we ask you to dress casual as this is what Joe would have chosen.
