John Kevin Futrell

John Kevin Futrell, 57, of Goldsboro passed away Wednesday, February 26, 2020.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 7 p.m. at Bethel Church in Goldsboro with visitation afterwards.  A graveside service will be held Sunday, March 1, 2020 at 3:30 p.m. at Silas Lucas Sr. Cemetery in Lucama.

Mr. Futrell was born in Wayne County on July 2, 1962 to Johnny and Annette Ferrell Futrell.  He attended Bethel Church in Goldsboro.

He is survived by his wife, Tarece Futrell; his mother, Annette Futrell of Goldsboro; one sister, Andrea Futrell Bailey and husband, David of Pittsboro; his father and mother-in-law, Carl and Jackie Brock of Lucama; his sister-in- law, Tamara Whitley and husband Michael, of Elm City; three nephews, Jeff Bailey and wife, Shelley of Apex, Kyle Bailey of California and Anthony Brock of Lucama; three nieces, Dana Bailey of Holly Springs, Bryleigh Whitley of Elm City, and Aimee Hayes of Lucama;  and his great-nephew and great-nieces, Gavin and Charlotte Bailey of Apex and Penny Brock of Lucama.

Mr. Futrell was preceded in death by his father, Johnny Futrell; his daughter, Baby Gabriella Reese Futrell and his sister-in-law, Tara Brock.
