JoAnn Marlowe Jones

JoAnn Marlowe Jones, 79, of Goldsboro passed away Friday, March 1, 2024 at Countryside Assisted Living in Pikeville. 

A graveside service will be held Friday, March 8, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Elmwood Cemetery in Fremont. The family will receive friends following the service. 

Mrs. Jones was born in Wayne County on April 6, 1944. She was retired as store manager from Kay Jewelers in Berkley Mall and was a past cosmetologist.

Cherishing her memories are her husband, James B. Jones Jr.; one daughter, Kelly Pinder and husband, Brandon of Florida; two stepsons, Linwood Jones and wife, Wendy of South Carolina and Cameron Jones of Mt. Olive; two stepdaughters, Beth Jones of Goldsboro and Vicki Blazer and husband Jim of Charlotte; her grandson, Preston and her beloved dog, Ginger.

The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
