Jimmy Reid Stone

Jimmy Reid Stone, 83, of Fremont departed this earthly life Sunday evening, August 4, 2024 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro.

A private service will be held for the family.

Mr. Stone was born in Robeson County on December 29, 1940. He was a veteran of the United States Airforce.

Cherishing his memories is his life partner, Debra Jones; son, Keith Stone; daughter, Bobbie Jean Stone; brothers, James and Johnny Stone; sisters, Kathy Thompson, Audrey Brown, Stacey Fowler and Jackie Stone and his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John Isham Stone and Orilla Walters Stone and his wife, Vanessa Stone.

The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
