Harry Truman Williams, 75, of the Rosewood community went to his heavenly home Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at Wayne UNC Health Care in Goldsboro.
Homegoing service will be held Thursday evening, July 22, 2021 at 6 p.m. at Park East Church of God. The family will receive friends following the service. A graveside service will be held Friday, July 23, 2021 at 10 a.m. at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery in Princeton.
Mr. Williams was born in Nash County on July 25, 1945 to the late Mark and Reither Finn Williams. He was a member of Park East Church of God where he served faithfully as a prayer warrior and was one of Brother J’s dear friends.
He is survived by two sons, Tim Williams and wife, Tammy of Pikeville and Andy Williams and wife, Christy of Rosewood; two daughters, Amy Williams of Goldsboro and Kelli Williamson and husband, Josh of Goldsboro; their mother, Sadie Williams Parrish; four sisters, Sissy, Magerline, Betty Ruth and Gertrude and eleven grandchildren, Timothy (Caylee), Kayela (Hudson), Caroline, Celainey, Cambria, Cariel, Will, Josh, Allison, Kenley and Kash.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Williams was preceded in death by one son, Tony Wayne Williams; two brothers, Bud and Kearney Williams and two sisters, Jeanette and Frances.
The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
