Glenn Knox Obituary

Glenn Knox, 64, of Goldsboro departed this walk of life Thursday, September 21, 2023 at UNC Health Wayne in Goldsboro.

A private graveside service will be held for the family.

Mr. Knox was born in Wayne County on October 20, 1958 to the late Wiley Millard Knox and LueEddis Mitchell Knox.

He leaves to cherish his memories his son, Vincent Knox (Brittani); one daughter, Christina Britt (Keith); two brothers, Charles Knox (Margie) and David Knox; five grandchildren, Bryson Knox, Jensen Knox, Lydia Britt, Austin Britt and Daniel Britt; one great-grandchild, Naomi Stoneburner; his significant other, Anita Collier and a host of other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sybil Darlene Knox; two brothers, Donald Knox and Frank Knox and one grandson, Isaac Britt.

The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
