Faye Goff Sauls received her ultimate healing Saturday, April 6, 2024 at her home in Fremont surrounded by her loving family.

 

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 3 p.m. at Stantonsburg Cemetery with Reverend Wayne Goff and Reverend Tony Hawley officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.

 

Faye was born in Wayne County to the late Paul F. Goff and Eva Elizabeth Beaman Goff on June 24, 1948.  She was a member of Stantonsburg Pentecostal Holiness Church.  She loved to cook, bake and spend time admiring her flowers.  Faye will be greatly missed by her family and close friends.

 

She is survived by her husband, Wayne Sauls; one son, Keith Fenn; one daughter, Paula Johnson (Kenny); one step-son, Roger Sauls (Susan); one brother, Reverend Wayne Goff (Angela); one sister, Pearl Smith; three grandchildren, Brandy (Isaac), Matthew (Morgan) and Adam; four great-grandchildren, Christopher, Landon, Ady Grace and Tanner and her special caregiver, Connie Hall.

 

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings.
