Diann (Taylor) Baker

Diann Taylor Baker, 62, of Pikeville passed away Monday, February 15, 2021 at her home.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, February 18, 2021 at 11 a.m. at Pikeville Cemetery.  The family will receive friends afterwards.  Those in attendance, are asked to please practice social distancing and wear a face mask.

Ms. Baker was born in Wayne County on May 06, 1958 to the late James Rastrus Taylor and Betty Davis Taylor. 

She is survived by one son, Darby Mooring and wife, Miranda of Patetown; her boyfriend, Tommy Northcott of Colerain, NC; one brother, Jimmy Darwin Taylor of Fremont; four grandchildren, Megan Mooring and boyfriend, Braxton Grady, Audawen Mooring, Malaya Mooring and Collin Beasley and one great-grandchild on the way, Ellorie Grady and her beloved poodle, Lucky.

The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
