Delores "Gypsy" Moore, 92, of Goldsboro departed this earthly life Thursday, October 17, 2024 at home surrounded by her loving family.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro. Entombment will follow at Wayne Memorial Park in Dudley. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Moore was born in Essex County, New Jersey on March 26, 1932 to the late Harold and Grace Maynard Baldwin. She loved life and will be missed by all of her family and friends.

Those cherishing her memories is her son, Barry Baldwin (Sharlene); seven daughters, Sandra Ferguson, Dorece Bishop, Jaunita Mali, Joi Baldwin, Monique Baldwin, Vanessa Baldwin-Smith (John) and Valerie Baldwin; two sisters, Trubee Green and Olivia Baldwin; six generations of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Austin Moore and her siblings.
