Darlene (Bartlett) Thompson

Darlene Bartlett Thompson, 54, of the Rosewood community passed away Saturday, May 11, 2024 at her home.

The family will receive friends Thursday, May 16, 2024 from 6 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.

Mrs. Thompson was born in Wayne County on December 15, 1969 to Joshua and Linda Smith Bartlett of Goldsboro.  

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her son, Hunter Thompson (Kayla Raynor) of Rosewood; two brothers, Allen Bartlett and wife, Sandra of Rosewood and David Bartlett and wife, Crystal of Goldsboro; and her beloved dog, Pixie.

Mrs. Thompson was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Eric Thompson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to any lung or liver charity in her memory.

The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
