Daisy Marie Howard-Broggin

Daisy Marie Howard-Broggin, 75, passed away Thursday, June 5, 2025 in Raleigh.

Funeral service will be held Thursday, June 12, 2025 at 12:30 p.m. in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro. Burial with military honors will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery in Goldsboro. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Broggin was born in Goldsboro on May 8, 1950 to the late Isiah Howard Sr. and Sadie Joyner Howard. 

She leaves to cherish her memories her son, James W. Broggin Jr. of Raleigh; two brothers, Isiah Howard Jr. of Raleigh and Ronnie Howard of Hollywood, Florida; four sisters, Evangelist Deborah Taylor (Larry) of Goldsboro, Sandra McClarin of Goldsboro, Rose Diane Taylor (Walter) of Kinston and Vernette Joyner of New York. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Delores Addison.
