Christopher "Chris" E. House, 42, of Smithfield passed away Saturday, July 18, 2020 at his home.

A Celebration of his Life will be held Sunday, July 26, 2020 at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro. The family will receive friends following the service.

Chris was born in Durham County on June 10, 1978 to Robert "Rob" Vernon House Jr. and Debra Hinson House.

In addition to his parents, Chris is survived by his fiancee, Amanda Dean of Smithfield; two sons, Zachery Fannin of Pennsylvania and Beck House of Wilmington and one step-son, Braedon Zimmerman of the home.

Chris was preceded in death by his sister, Pamela Nichole House.

The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
