Christopher "Chris" Michael Phillips, 48, of Raleigh passed away Saturday, April 11, 2020.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Chris was born in Wayne County on March 27, 1972 to Norman Allen and Yvonne Harrop Phillips. He was a member of Beston United Methodist Church in Goldsboro. Chris was a graduate of Eastern Wayne High School. He loved to fly planes and was a passionate IT specialist.

He will be greatly missed by his loving parents, Norman Allen and Yvonne Phillips of Goldsboro; his brother, Stuart Phillips of Goldsboro and his nephew, Kyle Phillips of Denver, Colorado.

The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
