Cheryl Mae Davis Lee, 76, of Goldsboro passed away Friday, May 28, 2021 at Wayne UNC Health Care in Goldsboro.

No formal services will be held.

Ms. Lee was born in Pennsylvania on March 24, 1945 to the late David Elwood Davis and Doris Haines Davis.

She is survived by two sons, Jay Hartzog of Fremont and David Hartzog and wife, Debbie of Goldsboro; one daughter, Jessica Stewart and husband, Will of Indian Trail, North Carolina; one brother, Howard Davis of Dudley; two sisters, Faith Ann Pate and husband, Melvin of Goldsboro and Sandra Jean Harrell and husband, Carter Evans of Chesapeake, Virginia; three grandchildren, James Crane, Alana Stewart and Emily Williams and fiance, Lee and four great-grandchildren.

The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
