Beulah Mae Taylor, 80, of Goldsboro passed away Wednesday evening, June 4, 2025 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, June 12, 2025 at 11 a.m. at Golden Gate Cemetery in Pikeville. The family will greet friends following the service at the cemetery.

Mrs. Taylor was born in Wayne County on July 30, 1944 to the late Elijah and Effie Worrells Jones.

She is survived by her children, Alexander Jones, Shirley Jones Wooten (Tyron), John Taylor Jr. (Lisa), Angela Hatch (Chris) and Toya Taylor (Michael); two brothers, Franklin Jones and Leamon Jones (Lucille); nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Miller Taylor and her son, Thomas Parker.
