Angelo Mandril Burden, 49, departed this walk of life Sunday, January 8, 2023 at Catawba Valley Medical Center in Hickory, North Carolina.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 17, 2023 from 4 until 6 p.m. at Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.  Funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory.  Burial will follow at Wayne Memorial Park in Dudley. 

Mandril was born in Wayne County on September 17, 1973 to the late Ralph Lee Burden and Edna Faye Britt Burden.  

He leaves to cherish his memories his two sons, Angelo Mandril-Shacquan Burden and Devin Hamilton; one daughter, Asia Miyale Burden; one brother, Raimon Artis; one sister, Monica D. Burden; one granddaughter, Alaia A. Farmer; his aunts and uncles including a special aunt, Mabletine Smith of Goldsboro; cousins and other relatives and dear friends.

In addition to his parents, Mandril was preceded in death by one brother, Patric M. Artis.

Services have been entrusted to the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
