Robert “Andy” Andrew Williams, 69, of Fremont passed away Saturday, October 29, 2022 at UNC Health Wayne in Goldsboro.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Andy was born in Wayne County on August 26, 1953 to the late Oscar and Lucille Smith Williams.
He leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife, Polly Williams; one son, Adam Williams and fiancée, Susan Pittman of Wilson; two daughters, April Corbitt and husband, Russ of Snow Hill and Kimberly Williams of Fremont; four brothers, Danny Williams and wife, Elizabeth, Greg Williams, Tony Williams and wife, Penn and Mark Williams and wife, Debbie; three sisters, Cecilia Hollander and husband, Larry, Rosie Little and husband, Fred and Barbara Elam and husband, Barry and four grandsons, Colin Corbitt, Chandler Corbitt, Matthew Sanders-Williams and Dillyn Hamilton.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his four brothers, Steve Williams, Alan Williams, David Williams and Peter Williams.
The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
