Ada Hill

Ada Bryant Hill, 88 of Goldsboro passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Friday, March 25, 2022. “And God shall wipe away all the tears from their eyes and there should be no more death, sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be anymore pain.”

Ada was born in Rose Hill, NC on February 8, 1934 to the late Joe and Mary Bryant. She is preceded in death by her late husband, Robert L. Hill and her late, beloved son-in law, Larry Winn, Sr.

She leaves to cherish her two daughters, Mary H. Winn of Goldsboro NC. and Barbara H. Wigfall and son-in law, (Henry) of Columbia, S.C and a sister, Martha Bryant of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; four grandchildren, Adeia Winn, Larry Winn Jr., Courtney Wigfall and Aleeya Wigfall; three great-grandchildren, Nasean, Mary, and Julia Winn. She also leaves behind a host of other relatives and dear friends.

A private family graveside will be held at Wayne Memorial Park.

The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
