William Day Obituary
Retired Technical Sergeant (USAF) William Isaac Day, 75, of Fremont passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at home.
Homegoing service will be held Monday, September 16, 2019 at 11 a.m. at St. James Church of Christ Disciples of Christ in Fremont where he was a member. Interment will follow at Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery in Goldsboro. Visitation will be held prior to the service on Monday from 10 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at the church.
Mr. Day was born in Wayne County on December 16, 1943 to the late Willie and Pennie Braswell Day.
He leaves to cherish his memories one son, Dameon Day of Maryland; two daughters, Sparkal Day of California and Tamara Day (Brandon Ray) of Fremont; four brothers, Clarence Day of Maryland, James Day of New York, Curley Day of New York and Clarence Dew of Wilson; two sisters, Marjorie Daye of New York and Clementine Day of Maryland and one grandson, Jaeden.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Day was preceded in death by three brothers, Calvin Day, Raymond Day and Willie Day Jr.
