Rochelle D. Hobbs

Rochelle Denise Hobbs, 63, went to her heavenly home Sunday, December 23, 2018 at Wayne UNC Health Care.

Homegoing service will be held Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 11 a.m. at St. Mark Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ in Goldsboro.  Visitation will be held Friday, December 28, 2018 from 4 until 7 p.m. at Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro with the family present from 6 until 7 p.m.

She was born in Wayne County on September 7, 1955 to the late John Thomas Barnes Sr. and Ruby Mae Sutton Barnes. She was a member of St. Mark Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ.  Rochelle’s infectious smile, laughter and friendship will be missed at Select Bank & Trust where she served in many capacities.  She will be deeply missed by her friends, customers, co-workers and her loving family.

She leaves to cherish her memories her husband, John Earl Hobbs Jr.; son, Jotiva Hobbs of Greensboro; daughter, Jaredana Hobbs Harrington and husband, Philmore of Greensboro; three brothers; one sister and two grandchildren.
