Pamela Anne Dow, 69, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, January 14, 2018 at Wayne UNC Health Care in Goldsboro. 

A service to celebrate her life will be held Friday, January 19, 2018 at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.  The family will receive friends following the service.

Ms. Dow was born in New York on December 31, 1948 to Charles Peter Jacobi Sr. of Goldsboro and the late Olivia Rundle Jacobi. She attended the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and was an avid bowler with the church league. She was retired from Cherry Hospital in Goldsboro.

In addition to her father, she is survived by her brother, Charles Jacobi Jr. (Doris) of Newport; her sister, Barbara Gunder (Robert) of Indiana; her step-daughter, Stacy Young (Kevin) of Florida; her nephew, Robert Charles Gunder (Colleen Barrett); her nieces, Leslie Gunder and Terri Parsons (Andrew); her great-nephew, Angel Ramirez; her great-niece Caroline Schunk; four step-grandchildren; six great-step-grandchildren and her cousins in England and Australia.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a nephew, Jeffrey Thomas Gunder.

The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
