Luis Daniel Perez, 45, passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2017 in Kinston.

Funeral service will be held Friday, December 29, 2017 at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro.  Burial will follow at Wayne Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends Thursday, December 28, 2017 from 6 until 7:30 p.m. at Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro.

Mr. Perez was born in New York on June 12, 1972 to Luis Angel Perez and Miriam Cruz Perez.   He was employed with Sherwin-Williams Paint Store and previously worked with Wayne Memorial Hospital.

He is survived by his wife, Jonna Hernandez Perez; his mother, Miriam Perez of Goldsboro; two sons, Nathaniel Luis Perez of Goldsboro and Benjamin Luis Fernando Perez of Goldsboro; daughter, Amanda Idelia Perez of Goldsboro; brother, Felix Luis Perez of Goldsboro; sister, Eleanor Francine Perez of Goldsboro and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Carlos and Marina Hernandez of Florida.

He is preceded in death by his father, Luis Angel Perez.

The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
