Pikeville- Leslie Millard, 47, went to be with her Lord and Savior after a courageous battle with cancer, Sunday, May 7, 2017 at Wayne UNC Health Care in Goldsboro.

A celebration of her Life will be held Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at 6 p.m. at First Baptist Church, 207 Big Daddy's Road in Pikeville.  The family will receive friends after the service.

Leslie was born in Indiana on August 15, 1969 to the late Bob and Helen Cobb Settles.

She is survived by her loving husband of 29 years, Reverend Jimmy Millard; two sons, Matt Millard and wife, Kacie of Kenly and Kris Millard and fiancée, Kaitlyn of Clayton; her daughter-in-law, Jayme Spencer and husband, Dustin of England; two brothers, Kyle Settles of California and Bobby Settles of Indiana; two sisters, Gail Terry of Indiana and Karen Cox and husband, Mike of Goldsboro and three grandchildren who were the light of her life, Daniel, Kyleigh and Kamdon.  Leslie was a "Nana" to all the children she came in contact with.

The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro.
