Laura Burch Obituary
Laura Emma Gauld Burch, 87, passed away Saturday at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.
Funeral service will be held Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro. The family will receive friends following the service. Burial will be held in Niles, Michigan.
She was born in Canada on November 27, 1931 to the late William and Rhea Smith Gauld. She was preceded in death by her husband, James A. Burch.
She is survived by two sons, Timothy Burch (Deborah) of Goldsboro and James Burch (Gloria Jean) of Michigan; three daughters, Mary Burch of Michigan, Melinda Gebhardt (Danny) of Michigan and Carol Burch of Indiana; two sisters, Shirley Kelly of Canada and Harriet Frances of Canada; 19 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Peggy M. Seegars Senior Center in Goldsboro.
The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro.
