Kenneth Earl Forehand

Kenneth Earl Forehand, 71, of Pikeville passed away Sunday, June 03, 2018 at his home.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, June 07, 2018 at 10 a.m. at Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery in Goldsboro.  The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 06, 2018 from 6 until 8 p.m. at Patetown Church of God.

Mr. Forehand was born in Wayne County, NC on September 03, 1946 to the late Frank C. Forehand and Dollie Ray Mooring Forehand.  He was retired from the National Guard and a member of the American Legion in Fremont.

He is survived by one daughter, Miranda Bennett and husband, Chad of Goldsboro; one brother, Randy “Pete” Forehand and wife, Celeste of Pikeville; one sister, Connie F. Wiggins and husband, Reverend Marvin Wiggins of Patetown; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Forehand was preceded in death by his wife, Jo Ann Forehand; a son, James Forehand and a step-daughter, Desiree Fellows.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the American Cancer Society.

The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
