Douglas Charles Raynor

Douglas Charles Raynor, 63, passed away Friday, July 12, 2019 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 20, 2019 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.  Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery in Princeton.

Mr. Raynor was born in Wayne County on March 01, 1956 to the late Joe Garrett and Ozzie Raynor Garrett.  He was a veteran of The United States Army.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Carolyn Ellis Raynor; two daughters, LaTonya Raynor of Goldsboro and Kendra Raynor of Charlotte; two brothers, Clayton Raynor and wife, Kelly of Goldsboro and Decoris Raynor of Goldsboro; one sister, JoCarol Raynor of Goldsboro; two grandchildren, Sanaa Raynor and Taraji Raynor and a host of relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Raynor was preceded in death by one brother, Gary Raynor and two sisters, Nancy Raynor and Sandra Raynor.

A visitation will be held Friday, July 19, 2019 from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. with the family present from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Howell Funeral Home & Crematory.
