Charlie Walton Irvin

Charlie Walton Irvin, 56, of Fremont passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center surrounded by his family.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 15, 2018 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.  Interment will follow at Elmwood Cemetery in Fremont.   The family will receive friends Saturday from 1 until 1:45 p.m. at the funeral home.

Charlie was born in Mecklenburg County, NC to the late Jim Herbert Irvin and Elaine Shearin Irvin. 

He is survived by his daughter, Danielle Nichole Irvin of the home; one son, Jackson Brooks Irvin of the home; one brother, Jim Irvin and wife, Patsy of Gastonia, NC and two sisters, Marie Snyder and husband, Richard of Florida and Ann Irvin Lipson and husband, Chris of Charlotte.

In addition to his parents, Charlie was preceded in death by his first wife, Deborah Jonas Irvin; his second wife, Jana Lee Irvin and two sisters, Susan and Sherri McCune.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Kitty Askins Hospice Center, 107 Handley Park Court, Goldsboro, North Carolina 27534.

The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
