Stantonsburg- Charles Douglas Owens, 67, passed away Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at his home.

A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, November 25, 2017 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.  The family will receive friends following the service.

Charles is survived by his longtime significant other, Joy G. Renfrow; one brother, Johnny Owens and wife, Margaret of Eureka; two sisters, Edna Owens Baker of Eureka and Geraldine Owens Block of Eureka and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dock and Alvera Darden Owens.

The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
