Carol Lee-Dever Obituary

Carol Dean Lee-Dever, 75, passed away peacefully early Tuesday morning, April 30, 2019 at her home.

All services will be held at a later date.

Carol was born in Wayne County on February 04, 1944 to the late Frank and Evelyn Langston Lee.

She is survived by her husband, Carl Dever; one son, Carroll McGee Strickland Jr. of Goldsboro; two daughters, Teva Justice and husband, Jeffery of Kenly and Tammy Booth and husband, Chris of Colorado; a step-son, James Allen Dever and wife, Danielle of Goldsboro; one brother; two sisters; fourteen grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her son, Michael Todd Strickland and a sister.

The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
